TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions
In this agreement unless otherwise stated:
“Courses” shall mean all the written texts and the associated materials

“We” means Nationwide Home Study Publications (the supplier)

(ii)

“You” means the student (purchaser).
|
Payments
We agree to sell, you agree to buy our course(s) for the amount payable as indicated on the web site. The main unit of currency will be GBP (sterling)
(i) We will not have deemed to have received payment until payment has been received by us in full.
Services
Unless otherwise stated by ourselves, we will provide you with full support and tuition by either phone, e-mail or letter, for as long as needed.
(i) We cannot be held responsible for any materials you return to us for marking and assessment being lost in the post
(ii) Although we will assist in giving you details about entering for examinations. It is not the responsibility of Nationwide Home Study
Publications to enter you for the examination, nor assess any GCSE course work material. You are solely responsible to enter and meet any examination dates and deadlines.
Delivery
Unless stated otherwise, we will dispatch your course(s) within 21 days from receipt of your order. Delivery will be by Parcelforce (UK) and Royal Mail International (overseas). A signature may be necessary upon delivery.

If you receive damaged goods you should contact us within 72 hours of receipt.

Data Protection
We agree to comply fully with all the regulations of the current Data Protection Act. You agree that, in relation to any information we hold on you, we may:

Use your information to provide you with extra materials and or returning tutor marked papers

(ii)
|
We will not share your details with any parties and other companies
|

(iii)

You have the legal right to receive details of the information we hold about you if you apply in writing to us. A fee of 10 GBP is payable.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We warrant that the materials will be of satisfactory and merchantable quality, but do not warrant that the materials will be error free. We cannot guarantee that you will pass any examination
(I) We warrant that we will perform our services (in terms of tutor support) with reasonable skill and care and in a courteous manner.
(ii) Our liability for direct loss arising out of our negligence shall be limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the course(s). We will not refund any return postage.

Cancellation
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of seven days from the receipt of the course(s). This allows you the right to a full and unconditional refund.
