View Course Contents
You are guided through a series of questions in each topic in an easy to follow manner, and in-text questions help you reinforce your understanding of the topic.
The most difficult section for the majority of students is the mental arithmetic section, Mainly because of the time section. We have addressed this by supplying a workbook specifically showing you how to increase your speed with mental arithmetic questions plus a CD with questions read out in the style of the actual test.
* the full QTS test consists of three subjects: literacy; numeracy and Information Communication Technology (ICT). In order to obtain your Qualified Teacher Status you must pass all three subjects.
Where can I sit the Exam
Taking the QTS test is relatively easy. You simply book yourself a place with an examination centre. The test can be taken at any time throughout the year . There is no examination fee .

· Lack of preparation

· Simply running out of time (especially with the mental arithmetic test)
· Nervousness
· Simple errors which could be avoided
· A different type or style of exam than you are used to.
Why People Fail the Numeracy Test
Passing the QTS numeracy test is about technique as much as anything else; to be honest the actual “mathematics” is not that difficult, certainly no higher than GCSE level. Our course teaches you these vital techniques such as shortcuts, which can really make a difference.
