This privacy policy outlines what we do with the information we retrieve from you. We respect your right to keep your personal information private, and as such:

  1. We will never divulge your email or postal address to any third party.
  2. When you visit our web site or communicate with us via email, only information you choose to send us is retrieved.
  3. We are registered with the Data Protection Agency and fully adhere to their policies.
  4. For online orders Barclaycard merchant services process your credit card details not us. Credit card details are processed via their secure “https” web site.
  5. For telephone orders, credit card details are stored and processed securely by us.
  6. Any information you provide, such as your name and address details, is solely used for the purposes of completing a transaction, or to send you further details (for example a brochure).
  7. We will only contact you by post, phone or email in the event of any product updates or in direct response from you.
  8. You have the legal right to receive details of the information we hold about you if you apply in writing to us. A fee of 10 GBP is payable.
